These Terms of Service govern your use of the Kuyil AI website and products. They are provided as a template and should be reviewed by your legal counsel before publication.

Use of the service

You agree to use Kuyil lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its data.

Accounts & deployments

Enterprise deployments are governed by a separate master services agreement, which prevails over these terms where applicable.

Service levels

We target 99.9% uptime for production deployments. Specific commitments, support and remedies are defined in your agreement.

Intellectual property

Kuyil and its underlying technology remain the property of Kuyil AI by Squash Apps. Your content and knowledge base remain yours.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Liability is limited as set out in your agreement.
